Brief introduction:The CEL-PCRD300-12 photochemical reaction instrument (LED) mainly uses the screening of catalysts to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic experiments. It can simultaneously experiment with 12 samples, which realizes the analysis of samples under different wavelengths and different conditions and speeds up the experimental process. The functions of temperature control, ventilation, vacuum, stirring, and selection of various wavelengths of the catalytic reaction tube are realized. The standard GDT-12 gas distributor can also independently control the experimental reaction atmosphere of the reaction tube.

Instrument advantages

1) Use side irradiation to increase the irradiation area, which is 10 times that of bottom or top irradiation;

2) 12-bit independent numerical control, stirring, light intensity, multi-wavelength, ventilation, vacuuming;

3) The wavelength can be arbitrarily matched; optional wavelengths 365nm, 395nm, 405nm, 420nm, 455nm, 470nm, 500nm, 520nm, 590nm, 620nm, 660nm, 740nm, 810nm, 850nm, 940nm, white LED;

4) Simultaneous stirring of the 12-bit reactor is realized to better mix samples;

5) Modular design can be used to achieve multi-band irradiation only by replacing the PCRS25 module;

6) The LED light source does not need water cooling, no filter, and the light is uniform;

7) The LED power supply is individually controlled by the touch screen to achieve free matching.
